1. Do you provide RAW image files?

No, we do not provide RAW image files. You will receive fully edited, high-resolution images in JPEG format. Our editing process is a core part of our creative work, and the final edited images reflect our signature style and quality standards.

2. Can I purchase additional images beyond my package?

Yes! Extra images can be purchased at $30 per photo. If you find yourself loving more shots from your session than your package includes, we make it easy to add them on. Just let us know within 14 days of receiving your gallery.

3. Which packages include concept creation?

Concept creation is included in our The Masterpiece and The Anthology tiers. This covers mood board development, location scouting, wardrobe guidance, and creative direction tailored to your vision. Our base packages focus on the shoot itself, but you’re welcome to upgrade if you’d like a more guided, styled experience.

4. How long does it take to receive my final images?

You can expect your fully edited gallery within 5business days after your shoot. During peak seasons, turnaround may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated along the way.

5. How many images will I receive?

The number of final images depends on your package. Our packages range from 5 to 45 images, ensuring you have plenty of beautiful shots to choose from. A full breakdown is available on our pricing page.

6. Can I request specific edits or a certain style?

Absolutely! We love collaborating with our clients. You’re welcome to share inspiration photos or style references before your session so we can align on the overall look and feel. Minor adjustments after delivery are included, and larger edit requests may be accommodated for an additional fee.
